Cromseal's Roof Restoration & Coating Process

Step 1: Cleaning

Clean the entire roof surface with motorised "High-Pressure Water Jet" at 3,000psi gently stripping off loose particles, dirt, grime or previous coating without damaging the substance.

Step 2: Repair & Rectification

Replacement of broken/missing tiles at the affected area when necessary, realignment of misaligned tiles and repair and rectification work on ridge capping c/w sealing system where necessary.

Step 3: Roof Coating

Spray "Cromseal Roof Coating System" on all roof tiles area only:

1^st Coat: Cromseal Fungikill
2^nd Coat: Cromseal Primer
3^rd Coat: Cromseal Roof Coating (Base Coat)
4^th Coat: Cromseal Roof Coating (Finish Coat)
